You will need:
A glue stick
Embossing ink (check out you local craft store for this as well as for the powder)
Once you’ve got your candle and your monogram stamp (we ship next day so even if you’re just now ordering, you’ll be sure to get a speedy delivery) all you’ll need to go is gather the rest of your materials most of which can be found at your local craft store.
Once you’ve got everything together, all you need to do is take your monogram stamp and tap it onto the embossing ink pad and then onto the non-shiny (or matte) side of the tissue paper. Next, apply the embossing powder, tap off the excess and use your heat gun on the results. Cut out your design and apply the glue stick to the back of the stamped image and press onto the candle. Now all you had left to do is wrap your candle once in wax paper and again use your heat gun. You’ll know the image has transferred when the candle or color of the design come through more boldly.
These really are a great idea to give as a gift to the person who has everything. Something as tasteful as these will have your loved ones thinking you spent a fortune on custom candles, when really you actually managed to be one of those money-savy people that survive the holidays with their budget still intact. And as an added bonus, once you’re done with the candle, you can also give them the monogram stamp that you used! Simple, and with minimal to no mess, the loved one receiving your gift won’t be the only one smiling this year!
