How to Make a Baby Shower Card
By Sarah DeNicolais May 12, 2017
Welcome to Simply Stamps University! Today I'll be sharing with you a card tutorial that pairs perfectly with a baby shower gift, or could even be used for your announcements. Simply Stamps has a new line of baby craft stamps that will make creating your homemade cards that much more special. The best part is: you can personalize all of them! Add a child's name, birthday, even their weight and height!

I'll be attending a baby shower for a girl soon, so I thought I'd use this opportunity to make this great card. I decided to use the Custom Name Oh Baby! Announcement Craft stamp from Simply Stamps. I started with pink designer paper and card stock. Using the stick die, I framed the designer card stock, then used the smaller matching frame for the arrival card.

Next, I used my MISTI to perfectly stamp the personalized sentiment onto the pink cardstock.

I also added a baby onesie sticker, a pink ribbon and button with some twine to add a few embellishments. Be sure to check out my full process for making this card in the video below:

I hope you've enjoyed today's tutorial! Thanks for stopping by.
