Why Simply Stamps is your stamp shop

Known as "Big Sky Country," Montana is one of the largest and least densely populated states in the nation, making its endless prairies and wild mountain ranges ripe for exploration. Naturally, tourism plays an important role in the economy. Ranching, wheat farming, lumber extraction, and mining of gold, silver, talc, vermiculite, and coal are also vital.

Montana scenery
Popular Montana cities include Billings, Bozeman, Missoula, and Kalispell. Billings provides a good overview of Montana's attractions, with plentiful historical sites, summer rodeos, views of seven mountain ranges, and easy access to hiking, biking, and fishing opportunities.
The museums, theaters, and festivals of Missoula make it the cultural center of Montana. Bozeman offers the Gallatin Pioneer Museum, the Museum of the Rockies, and the best big-city lodgings near Yellowstone National Park. America's first and, arguably, favorite National Park, Yellowstone has fascinating geothermal features, lovely scenery, and abundant wildlife. Montana's other must-see attraction is Glacier National Park, which is located near Kalispell. The park is forbidding in winter, but in summer its glaciers, mountains, and valleys are quite popular, and its native bears, mountain goats, bighorn sheep, and bald eagles are active. Other popular tourist sites in Montana include the Big Sky Ski Resort, the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, Nez Perce National Historical Park, and Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail.
