How to Make a Thank You Card by Vicki

Hey, craft-lovers! Today I’ll be sharing a project with you I created as a gift.

My sister is officially retired (where did all those years go?) so last week I flew up to Seattle to surprise her. They threw her a retirement party, so I knew a set of “Thank You” cards would be the perfect gift!

Here’s how they turned out:

They’re a basic design, but I personally love their simplicity. Sometimes, that’s all you need!

I began by making the card bases. To do this, I simply folded the the designer paper to size and cut strips to hold the top of the cards together.

Next, I adhered the design paper to the base along with the strip. I used my MISTI, to stamp all the cards with my Thank You stamp from Simply Stamps.

Finally, I packaged the cards into a simple, clear box and the “Thank you” card set was complete! This project was super simple and only took me about 10 minutes.

I hope you enjoyed this simple tutorial. Thanks for stopping by!
