With back-to-school season approaching, the Simply Stamps team wanted a way to show our support and appreciation for the hard-working teachers starting the new school year. By partnering with our sister stores, 904 Custom and Wallmonkeys, we were able to host a teacher giveaway on our social media platforms.
Our free giveaway included unique gifts that make teachers’ lives easier and enhance the learning experience for students of all ages. In total, this came out to over $350 worth of product!
Our lucky winner was Alyssa, an 8th grade English teacher for students that struggle with ELA due to learning disabilities. Her class allows students to access the general education curriculum with flexibility for pacing to help them grasp concepts in a way that works best for them!
“Some of my favorite things about teaching are connecting with the students and finding ways to connect their learning back to things that are relevant and interesting to them. Some things that I would change about our school system are the expectation for teachers to provide all of the resources that their students may need themselves. Teachers are passionate and kind individuals who want their students to succeed but I wish that teachers did not have to put so much of their own money into their classrooms to help their students. “
