Simply Stamps customized this stamp for us exactly as we needed. The only set-back was that nobody got back to me for a proof. I had to contact customer service to get things resolved.

Apologies for the delay getting back to you Delores, but glad it got worked out in the end with our US based customer care team. We automatically flag all orders that have the word "proof" in the comment section in the checkout, but this will invariably delay the order as we then process it by hand (normally about 50% of our orders are auto-processed via our templates in order make sure we can get your custom product out to you in just a single business day).
