Two lace-up hiking boots stand side by side, one a step behind the other. Laces crisscross up the fronts through eyelets, dashed stitching traces the toe caps, pull tabs stick up at the backs, and the chunky soles have deep lugs.
Keep a trail log and stamp the boots beside each hike, with the distance and the view noted below. They also work on invitations to a group hike or a card cheering on a friend tackling a long trail.
The laces are drawn in heavy strokes, so a firm, even press gives a bold print without extra ink.
