I work for a state agency and use the stamp for mail at work. It is hard to order the stamp at work, so I just "volunteer" my own money to buy this stamp. I tried another stamp site; the stamp was impossibly "hosed" even though I gave explicit instructions on what I wanted on the stamp. Additionally, I contacted them to make sure my instructions were understood. I was told by the rep that this could not be done because the stamp was already in production.
