Ordering confusion led to undesired outcome
The custom stamp is excellent quality. Unfortunately, I had difficulty using the design tool. Knowing this, I requested that my obvious mistakes (equal size boxes, lines meeting at corners, etc.) be corrected for production. I was unaware of the requesting a proof option until it was too late. The stamp is usable, but not done as nicely as I had hoped.
