Wavy, scalloped lobes give this leaf a lively outline, and branching veins run out from a curved midrib. The stem sweeps down and curls into a little loop at the end, a playful detail that makes the leaf look as if it just drifted down.
It is ready for autumn. Stamp a scatter of leaves across a harvest dinner invitation, or press one on the corner of a fall scrapbook page beside photos from the pumpkin patch. It also makes a good Thanksgiving place card. Kraft cardstock suits its earthy, autumn look nicely.
