I know it says "Name/s will appear as typed" but for dense dullards like me, this is relevant to capitlization. You will definitely want your name in ALL CAPS. The top of the embosser is in all caps and now mine looks weird because my name on the bottom is in mixed case.
Product itself is good quality, I just wish it was made more clear that names should be in all caps, or default them to be in all caps. Wish I could get replacement plates.
