Tier after tier of arched arcades stack up the Leaning Tower of Pisa, each level outlined by a ledge, with taller arches at the base and the bell chamber on top. The whole tower tilts to the right, just enough to be unmistakable.
It was built as the bell tower for Pisa Cathedral, and it began to lean while still under construction in the twelfth century.
Hosting a pasta night or an Italian-themed birthday? Stamp the tower on the invitations and place cards. Guests can even pose for photos pretending to hold it up.
The arches are drawn close together, so use a light coat of ink and smooth cardstock.
